Artist Jessica Nicole is so skilled with a needle that we asked her if she would consider making us a play salad - a few lettuce leaves, some carrots and maybe broccoli. (We know some mamas who are serious about their broccoli.) So taken was she with the idea that the very next day we received photos of all kinds of good things, even a bowl. So we assembled a little play set designed for piling, sorting, munching or crunching. Set includes: 2 big lettuce leaves, 1 mushroom, 1 broccoli floret, 1 carrot, 1 cherry tomato, 1 onion ring, 1 cucumber slice and 1 bowl. Hand-dyed yarn. Whimsy by Jess Nicole. USA.
