If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a prompt refund, credit or exchange, less applicable shipping charges, within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, you may return the item for store credit (less shipping). All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. For your convenience, a return form is attached to each invoice. Please complete this form and include it with your return shipment. C.O.D. packages cannot be accepted.
If your item appears to have been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (*within 3 days) at 866-877-6023 so that we may replace the item and pursue a claim with the shipping firm. Please retain all packaging so that it may be inspected in the event of a claim.
